I have had the pleasure of working with Jane multiple times over the past 10 years and all of my experiences with her have been very positive. Jane actually helped me pick out my first home when I moved to Dallas. As this was my first home I had many questions and needed a lot of guidance and advice. What I recall and ultimately what led me to use Jane when I recently moved was how patient and knowledgeable she was. Despite it taking me a long time to pick out a house I wanted Jane never pressured me to make a decision before I was ready. Based on this initial very positive experience, my wife and I again contacted Jane to help us find a new home and sell our existing home. This time we had a much better idea what we wanted and a desire to move quickly as we had a baby on the way. Jane was able to conduct a quick initial interview and get a list of what was important to us and in less than a few days provide an initial detailed list of homes for us to review. We were able to provide feedback on the features we liked and homes on interest and further refine the search. This proved to be very effective as we were able to find a homewe were very interested within a week. After moving into our new home Jane was tremendously helpful in selling our existing house. Our old house needed some work and we were concerned it would take a long time to sell. Jane was able to walk through the house provide advice onwhat areas to fix up and even to provide contacts for contractors who were able to do the fixes quickly and cost effectively. Her knowledge of what makes a house sell as well as contacts within the industry is a huge benefit. Despite a down market we were surprised to have an offer on our house in just 3 days after going on the market and to close less than a month later. We had wonderful advice all along the way from Jane on where to set price and what to counter offer. I could not recommend an agent any more than I would Jane. She has tremendous knowledge of how the real estate industry works and many contacts. She is personable and works well with people. Most important of all she is a great communicator and is in constant contact with her clients. do not pass up the opportunity to work with Jane!
