The future generation of Real Estate Agents and Brokers is becoming a very special breed. Statistics show that more and more prospective buyers and sellers are turning to and tuning in the Internet for area and real estate market information. The basic job of the “average agent” is becoming usurped by websites and MLS data pulls that afford the consumer the luxury of turning on and off at their convenience.
Today’s Buyers and Sellers look to a licensed professional for the contractual experience and negotiating skills that the computer can’t provide. Jane Idzi is one such agent.
